Lori Pierce (Lula) has been in the food service industry developing recipes and menus for companies and chefs nationwide for 20+ years. A native of the south and a student of French and Mediterranean Cuisine, she has been pleasing palettes with her unique culinary creations and flavor profiles that span the globe for over 2 decades. Lori prides herself on scratch cooking, and seasonal, local ingredients. She has the most fun working off menu with clients to develop special creations for special events. In addition, a corporate, deli, appetizer and brunch menu is always available for call-in delivery orders.
Fun fact: Looking for something alliteratively pleasing, Lori calls her company "Lula's" in humorous memory of getting caught in the kitchen making a mess by her mother, who always called her "Lula" when she was angry..."let me tell you what, Lula!"
