With April comes a “never know what the weather will be” attitude – so just wing it and let Lula’s Catering do the planning.  With our custom mentality – we’ll just take your favorite flavors and conjur up something seasonal, for the MINUTE, just for you!   We’re excited to be planning a special dinner for the show “Tenderly” at the Playhouse in the Park, and our Viennese Goulash is on the menu, as it was Rosemary Clooney’s favorite!

Spring Truffles, called Bianchetto, are more garlicky than the prized White Truffle or the Black Truffle - and less expensive too…so they work beautifully with our “Deconstructed Truffled Deviled Caesar Bites” - another excellent pick for your spring garden party.
